• Your home: Detail(s) at your home address require it to be performed in your driveway. Due to safety reasons, no detail is to be performed in the street.
• Office Buildings: Detail(s) at an office building require they have open parking lots (nothing enclosed). If you have scheduled us at an office with an enclosed parking garage, please contact us to have the address changed.

Payment Options: We accept Cash, Checks, and all Major Debit/Credit cards as a form of payment on-site upon completion.

Tax: Please note Tax (6.85%) is not included in our pricing.

Late/Delay: Upon scheduling your appointment you’re agreeing that you will be ready for us to start your detail at said time. Please ensure personal items are removed from your vehicle. Being late or delaying the detail by more than 20 minutes may result in us having to reschedule your appointment and a forfeit of your deposit.

Time to completion (TTC): The amount of time your detail will take will vary, with that said, we book all Full Interior Details in 5-hour slots, Semi Wash/Wax details in 4-hour slots, and Full Cloud 9 Details in 8-hour slots. 99% of Semi Details are completed within the given period.

Appointment Deposit: Please ensure your appointment deposit is paid within 8 hours of booking your appointment. If you booked your appointment for same-day service, please make sure the appointment deposit is paid within 30 minutes of booking.
